Released? I was hoping she would be held until she got to see a judge.

Of course I'm an open minded and kind hearted individual, and I know there are currently hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of immigrants currently awaiting their time before a judge. And fair is fair, they were in line first. I'm sure Hanoi Jane won't mind waiting in jail for the court backlog to clear.
