One of the news stories I read said they were Visa gift cards. That would make 'em redeemable almost anywhere.

I started to feel bad then thought that in the grand scheme of things on TGT...I start very few threads compared to some...lol..
I've been here about 10 years or so and some have been here half that time and have 3x the post and threads as I do .
