    Gunz are icky.

    I purchased one of these a few weeks ago. TISAS 1911A1 USArmy.
    Gotta tell ya mine has been superb.
    After break in the thing runs like a top.
    Sights are dead on w/230grn ball ammo.
    It's a little loose but it shoots lights out. I'm not doing anything to it.
    I did change out the factory brown plastic grips for another pair of USGI brown plastic grips simply because the factory grips were too slick.
    The replacement grips checkering is sharper. Holds better.
    Hope yours is good as mine.

    So far my experience has been much the same; it seems to be very well made, shoots like a champ, haven't had any issues during break-in. This one has wooden grips, and came with some plastic replacements, we'll see how well the wooden ones hold up. I'm liking the parkerized finish, too.

    All in all, very happy with the purchase, and can't beat that price
