As recent as the 90s the ER I worked at had cocaine drops thet were used to help stop nose bleeds that were difficult to stop. Kinda surprised the first time I saw it in the narcotics box.

So if i went to that ER with a nose bleed i might get cocaine up my nose as a treatment?

Where is this ER? (Not asking for a friend)
And how would I explain this to my employer if drug tested?

Presumably you would have gotten a prescription dose from a doctor.
