We have one that almost always goes off when using the hot air fryer. We've cooked bacon on the stove where it does get smokey and that detector doesn't go off. But cook fries or chicken strips in that air fryer and it will go off even though it's not smokey. Even the dog wants outside every time she hears the air fryer running.Mrs.P refers to the smoke alarms as her oven timer.... and only one goes off....for a while....then the other....then dinner's ready.
