    That auction house makes laughable mistakes in their gun listings every single time they list more than a dozen guns with any real variety.
    Some genius saw side-by-side barrels and decided it could only be a shotgun. "Experts."
    I offered that auction house my services to help ID weird guns. For free. They actually got angry at me.

    Their retired LEO/security guy knows everything about guns. Everything. They won't hear a word to the contrary; my offer was, apparently, a personal insult.

    That was a long time ago. I don't know who's doing the ID work nowadays but it's clearly someone about as incompetent as they've always had.

    And the listing still says it's a shotgun.

    It seems I was laughing at the wrong joke, even if it seems the auction house is still about as incompetent as they've always been.
