I went to grade school in Hitchcock, no one there could pronounce fancy French words like that!

IIRC, those bottle were always (?) labeled mucilage.

I'm not pedantic enough to look up all the different names for adhesives and figure out why they're called by different names. I'll let someone else dive down that rabbit hole.

Horse hooves. I have heard these referred to as "Slow Racehorses!"

When I showed my wife the picture she knew it was Mucilage. I never heard of that.
