Hey guys, Jess' Galaxy Tablet just did an update and is now giving her problems when she tries to log on. It says "Tapatalk plug-in file 'product-tapatalk.xml' was not installed or updated. This may affect some features from working correctly in this forum. Please inform the forum Admin to compleye/fix the Tapatalk installation".

We already tried uninstalling/reinstalling tapatalk.



Help?

I've tried tapatalk most the day. Comes up, "access denied, forum not available at the time, please try again later". The message came up after the update. Before it wasn't allowing the forums to opened. It showed TGT on feed, but that's it.

It's gotta be a permissions issue with the TaT software on the server.

Works on 7 other forums I'm on.


Any ETA on a fix?

Same boat. Had to log in via web.

Side note, mobile site won't let me log in. Had to request desktop site.

On Android it is in the menu tab up to the right. It is similiar with an iPhone, maybe by the address bar or something.

Running very slow; sometimes when I log in on my iPhone and reply to a thread, the background is black and the letters are faint and silvery white. I can barely see them. Thanks.

When I use the "New Posts" button in the header and when the Keen banner is displayed, the banner stays and the forum disappears.
F5 doesn't fix it.

I back out, F5 to have a different banner show and the "New Posts" button works as it always has.

Been like that for me too. Not really a problem for me on a PC, just a little more black space up top that I noticed, but it might be funky on mobile.

Yeah, will adjust that, let me see what web guy can do. Yes it is better than what was there size wise

Was looking at a thread and tried to click the "new post" button. Tried 3 times and every time it brought up "ads.doubleclick.net" and opened a window advertising for smith and wesson. Closed the window and the original page was still on the thread. After three times I got angry and closed the browser.


I've not said anything about advertisements up till now, but that is ridiculous.
