Folded or rolled

How do you prefer your omelette? Rolled is nicer looking and definitely requires some skills along with the right pan.

Myself I tend to make folded as I often still half asleep and I’m lazy. I look at omelettes kind of like a pizza more is not necessarily better.

Here’s a bacon grease pepper jack cheese 3 egg that I did this morning on a comal instead of a pan.

I usually just fold it over and ruin it in the process then end up with scrambled eggs.

I don't care what it looks like. so I do not bother. Just toss everything in the pan and stir it around till done. So scrambled I guess

Ditto on that. I usually try to do a "tri fold", but it does not always work out. Kinda nice presentation when it does,

Mine always end up scrambled. That works out fine since they usually go on a flour tortilla with some cheese and picante sauce and sometimes a bit of refried beans.

Rolled. I tilt the pan and tap the hand holding the handle while pan is on angle, which makes omelette jump a bit.

I fold mine over - they're generally so well-stuffed that a roll just won't work.
