Let's get real for a minute.

The left/Biden/Harris/whoever the **** is running knows they won't carry the southern states affected. So why would they do a damn thing to help people in those states? Their effort is better spent making sure illegals have the right to vote, American citizens be fucking damned.

So the folks in the disaster area could be without electricity for years. Apparently the government went to several large utility companies suggesting that they remove some existing transformers from service and move them to the disaster area. Then compensate by instituting rotating blackouts among their existing customers. All the utility companies refused saying their crews would be subject to violence (shooting) during the removal of said equipment. "

Add: My searches found lots of articles from 2021-3 about known shortages, but nothing re this event.

I'm now beginning to say F Ukraine. F the whole world except the continental US. The world can manage their own affairs and we need to start concentrating on our own domestic issues. Starting with this election in 30 days, and once Trump is back in, going down-line from there..............next up will be immigration - STOPPING IT. Both legal and illegal, until we purge all of the gang members and ner' do wells. Then cutting off foreign aid to everyone and getting it under control and used in measured and responsible ways.......with full accountability.

But…but… I’ve been told by a couple people on this forum that we can fund for profit proxy wars in addition to everything else here since we’ve just got so much money, and everything we are giving to Ukraine is just old stuff that was going to go in the trash anyway.
