i think all this gun stuff is to distract from the border disaster and the spike in covid cases up north.
Nothing in the 1968 gun control act prohibits individuals from making guns for their own personal use. A non-licensed person may make a firearm, provided it is not for sale and the maker is not otherwise prohibited from possessing firearms (such as a convicted felon). (18 U.S.C., Chapter 44; § 922 (d).) Federal law imposes none of the purchase restrictions on non-licensed possessors that it does on those who need licenses, and as a result, homemade guns need not be registered and the owner need not undergo a background check. So to do anything on ghost guns, the retard in chief is going to have to get some laws made, not an executive order.
On the arm braces, that was sheer luck that the ATF ever approved those in the first place. what the bureaucrat can givith, the bureaucrat can taketh away.
We really shouldn't be arguing with each other about the "purity" of our support for the second amendment. we can all think different things. I personally think that the second amendment only applies to me. I don't trust any of you fuckers with a gun.
Continuing my rant, the only difference in the 80% kits the old dodger keeps mumbling about is just convenience. if a pakistani can make an AK out of a shovel, are garden implements next on the prohibited list?
