Axxe it took me 3.5 packs of cigarettes dealing with Lita's death. My advice is get all your ashtrays out of sight & washed out, no fishing for butts when you come home. Get those fast food menus out of the house & your phone.
Thats damn good advice.
@Axxe55 did tell me that his doctor told him that his cigarette smoking contributed to his stroke.
He should see if the doc will write up a prescription for it.Gotta switch to whiskey. It is good for ya, it acts as a natural blood thinner and prevents strokes.
Our family doc did actually prescribe some Fireball Whisky once for clearing up some allergy issues. He should see if the doc will write up a prescription for it.

Gone this long without a smoke Axxe, so the hard part of quitting is behind you. Been there, I know. I hope your PT professional is a cute little thing and not some hulking German named Olga
Cigarettes & coffee....save lives!That shit's no good for ya.
Most PTs believe the T is for torture. They love asking if you're in pain as they abuse your body.I was there yesterday when she came in his room. Not bad...not bad at all.
A good PT really helps a patient in making progress with improvement. During my time in a rehab hospital some of the PTs were very encouraging and others were just putting in their time. Hopefully Axxe will be assigned to a good PT team.I was there yesterday when she came in his room. Not bad...not bad at all.
