This is a real basic mod that I did to my CompTac Minotaur. It helps to take pressure off of the screws, prevent loosening of the screws, and improve the stability of the holster. The downside is that I cannot adjust it as much, but that's not really something that I need to do.

As you can see, I shortened the plastic adjuster tabs considerably. They were already bending from sitting and compression which gives you an idea of how much force they are being subjected to constantly. This force get's applied to your belt and also makes the screws want to back out.
To do this ... simply take a dremal rotary cutter, install a cut off wheel, and shorten the plastic tabs to your liking. You'll need a 3/32nds Allen wrench to get the screws out. I also chamfered and rounded the ends to make it easier to slide the holster in.
