Mostly coming out of India, are rumors that Xi was first removed as leader of the PLA, then arrested at an airport and put under house arrest, then perhaps assassinated...

It all seems like rumors, but it doesn't hurt to be on top of rumors!

Historically, changes in China tend to go from bad to worse. Their economy has been very bad the last couple of years.

Of course, if China falls apart - even for a short time - what happens to Biden's economic plans (ok "plans"). China is by far our biggest lender. If they won't buy our worthless bonds, the Build Back Better Bust will be historically bad.

I have a hard time believing this. I did a lot of business with them in the 90’s, and China’s security apparatus is specifically designed to deal with even a very small coup threat swiftly and harshly. I’ll wait for a chicom announcement.
