It wasn’t pretty, but it sure ate good. Renfield’s went over his dawg food. I won’t be wash that pan tonight. Same thing planned for tomorrow morning.

My breakfast is small - just a protein shake. But you can't go wrong with eggs bacon and pancakes. Healthy + filling.

I start my day feeding others. Dogs, Cats, and Horses. Then I let the ducks and chickens out of their Coon safe bunk house. The ducks have already left me some eggs by now, so I gather those and set two aside for my breakfast. Dice some Anehiem and Habanearo peppers. maybe a little onion, Top with shredded cheese and Pico DeGallo and repeat with the second egg on top of that one.

I don't usually do lunch so this carries me until the evening.

Oh! And don't forget the coffee!

Breakfast for dinner. Waffles from scratch. Cooked in a 1950's waffle iron that i got at an estate auction 20 years ago. It may burn the house down one day but it makes the difference. I hate the new styles. Eggs, bacon.
