Failure to identify is a crime. It's hard to tell, but it sounds like the first cop fabricated grounds for arrest. Outside of that, I don't see any unreasonable actions on the parts of the officers.

Boerne is brutal.
Do you know the legal definition of failure to identify in Texas?Failure to identify is a crime.
I thought he said 61 in a 50 (but I wasn't sure, and it could have been 50). That's right at the line where most cops would bother to pull someone over if they're on traffic duty. That was at the car wash on the left coming in on Main Street. It used to be a favorite location to catch speeders before the exit off the interstate was closed for road construction.
Having seen BPD in action before, they tend to be aggressive if you’re not from around here. Doing 51 in a 50 was the reason given for that stop.
WTF to what?
It was actually 51 in a 45. Officer misspoke. That was at the car wash on the left coming in on Main Street. It used to be a favorite location to catch speeders before the exit off the interstate was closed for road construction.
