IF this guy is saying Houston traffic sucks worse than traffic in California cities , I gotta agree that Houston traffic sucks however I cannot tell which is worse -LA, San Fran Sac. or Houston. They all are like hitting your thumb with a hammer personally , I think that the drivers in Austin are rude and worse than Houston. My solution is simple, I drive around Austin and time my passage through Houston AND I stay the F out of California, except for short scoots into Tahoe and Yosemite.
I've said many times Austin is the worst city I've driven in in North America, but you hve to understand 50% of their drives are from CALIFORNIA. I've never driven in LA so I don't know but Austin is HORRID.
As far as foreign countries. You guys with your countries make me laugh. Try Mumbai or New Delhi. LOL

Taipei is on the list. I didn't drive but the cab ride almost killed me. It's one huge game of chicken. Lane markers don't matter. Then add a bazillion scooters.

You know, Oklahoma is like Texas but without hurricanes. You could look to locate there. Or Kansas. Kansas is like Texas but with more corn and wheat. Land is cheap, drivers are the best in the country. Everyone is friendly. You can live like a king in Kansas. Nebraska is even nicer, and they have four seasons vs two. And even more corn. And even nicer drivers. North Dakota might have the best drivers on the planet. And land is stupid cheap there.

I've been to most of the states in US with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, North and South Dakota and Wyoming.
I would rank Texas drivers about in the middle, with New Mexico being the worst, and North Carolina being the best.
I lived in California for 24 years (5 years in Sacramento, and 19 years in San Diego) and would rank California near the bottom, definitely much worse than Texas drivers for sure.
