Cant go wrong with a 7.62x39. Ammo is cheaper than most other calibers, and very fun to shoot.
Also x2 on the .458socom, fun to shoot but expensive
We shall see. 9mm and 5.56 will get hard as well with Tula and Wolf being part of that. Biden tax strikes again...Thanks to Biden how long will Russian ammo be cheap?
Won’t be saying that when all we got is pmc bronze.Cant go wrong with a 7.62x39. Ammo is cheaper than most other calibers, and very fun to shoot.
Here in the greater Houston area, i have seen a ton of steel case 7.62x39, 9mm and some brass 5.56, all winchester green tip. None help in shooting, since ranges here dont like steel except for a few and even fewer let the green tip ammo downrangeWon’t be saying that when all we got is pmc bronze.
I've built a couple of lowers and by far my most used is an AR pistol chambered in .22lr with a 4.5" CMMG barrel.
Very fun, especially suppressed.
Avoid the 458 Socom..trajectory like a rainbow and expensive brass! Not sure what caliber to build it into. I have a 5.56 carbine, sbr 300blk, pistol 300blk, .22lr carbine, and a 9mm pistol. No specific function in mind. I have an ar-10 in 308 for hunting. Just curious what you guys and gals would do

I don't think 458 socom was designed to be flat shooting. More of a 200 yard and in thumper.Avoid the 458 Socom..trajectory like a rainbow and expensive brass!
