    That's not a problem, is it? :)

Seriously, the first time I heard someone say "How many fat 90-year-olds do you see?" it really hit home.

For a long life, be skinny. You are blessed, my friend.

Doc weighed me yesterday, like she does every 3 months.

I have officially lost more than 400 pounds.

I was oddly underwhelmed at the news. I thought I'd feel like celebrating but I don't. Instead, I'm mostly looking forward to the home stretch.

    Just wanted to share.
I don't know how I missed this until now. Wow! Good for you! My father died from complications of obesity, 64 years old and 450+ pounds was just too much. How'd you do it?

That's a hell of an accomishment - don't sell yourself short. In this modernity - it's easy not be about it. Keep on keeping on

    Any updates?
I've been holding steady. I consider that to be progress since my primary medication increased in price by $450 per month, an amount I felt I couldn't handle. However, after a few months without it, I've come to a deep appreciation of just how much I need it. None of the substitutes have worked worth a damn and if I don't get back on the good stuff I expect my progress to start going backwards.

If you see me selling guns, well, now you know why. :(

Tryglicerides are up 22 and HDL down 12 since January. Endo said "Well, at least you're still losing weight."

I'm happy I'm getting measurably stronger.

But I'm still wondering what I did wrong. Diet hasn't changed much if any. :(

    Back to the drawing board.
