400 down, less than 100 to go

Doc weighed me yesterday, like she does every 3 months.

I have officially lost more than 400 pounds.

I was oddly underwhelmed at the news. I thought I'd feel like celebrating but I don't. Instead, I'm mostly looking forward to the home stretch.

Just wanted to share.

When you first met me, I was ~150 pounds heavier than now. The odd thing is that when I look in the mirror, I don't see much if any difference between then and now. It's a matter of (screwed up) perspective, I suppose, but the scales don't lie.

I'll see if I can find some old pictures to post. I've always been very good at avoiding cameras but I can probably find a couple.
