Losing 400 lbs is an amazing accomplishment. It doesn’t matter how long it took you, you lost it! Fantastic job and keep it up, we want you around for years to come.

Hopefully this will serve as an inspiration to others who have been packing around a couple (10/20/40,etc) pounds for the last couple decades and say they can’t lose it. Me included, LOL

    Congratulations

I can’t even comprehend the discipline it took to drop that much weight.

    Kudos to you, Ben

Doc weighed me yesterday, like she does every 3 months.

I have officially lost more than 400 pounds.

I was oddly underwhelmed at the news. I thought I'd feel like celebrating but I don't. Instead, I'm mostly looking forward to the home stretch.

    Just wanted to share.
Dude way to go. Your body and organs appreciate it

    Outstanding Ben.

While were posting pics this was me at about 330 to 350

And now about 200 to 205

It's worth the struggle. It took 20 years to go from 200 to 350 plus and back down again.

Keep it up. I'm off almost all my meds.

If it is not too personal, what did you do to lose the weight over the 20 years? Was it watching what you eat? Was it moderate exercise? A combination of both? Did you give up any certain types of food, specifically?
Watching what you ate, or how much you ate? I would love to read more detail if you are willing to share it.
