You got the name right. The web site for his ranch has gone inactive. When I get to my desktop, I'll see if the Wayback Machine has any info.

Did y'all know we have 54 members with "cowboy" somewhere in their username? Wow.
He posted shirtless pics of himself doing labor a few times .. just remember that and us giving him a hard time now and then.
He was easy to get riled up ..lol

Yeah. Sometime after August of 2019 and before November of 2020, his ranch website went offline. When it was up, there he was, shirtless, right on the splash page. Poke around there and it's easy enough to find more pictures of him working shirtless. Personally, though, I always thought the red shoes suited him quite well.

The last time he posted here was August, 2022.

A squad leader of mine was in Vietnam. When his father got ill, the Red Cross SOB demanded $50 from him to pass the message to his unit for processing. And I have heard similar stories from other GIs.
My daughter was born while I was in Viet Nam. It was the Red Cross that found me and passed along the good news. They never asked for anything.

He stopped doing some of that stuff and stopped participating in Jeep forums a while back too. Also said he had problems with his Ole Cowboy account and created a new one here. I’ll find our conversation and report back.

ETA: Couldn’t find that conversation. Did find him on FB and he posted 7 hours ago so he’s still alive and kicking. Currently lives in FL now per FB.
