They are. Items just needed to be listed in the trust and documented by a notary before Jan 31st, 2023.since they aren't allowing these to be put in a trust
It will be....eventually, probably, maybe, I hope. Maxim and FPC had a chance but their argument was weak. Waiting for the next round...Disappointed that this idiocy has not been stopped by the courts.
5/31/1992?How long after 5/31 does the fbi and atf wait before it starts shooting dogs, murdering women and children, and burning down houses?
I am thankfully in a position to pay $200 for permission to exercise my rights and not have to falsely state I had committed a felony.I'm disappointed by how many are caving to this lunacy. I'd sooner pay the $200 tax or shove my gun into the shredder myself than take the ATF up on their bullshit offer. I'm not going to give their actions even the slightest appearance of legitimacy by complying with their amnesty bullshit. I'll keep my stuff legal, but I'll be damned if I'm going to do it in a way that they can point to and say "look how many people complied with our illegal bullshit".

For the life of me I don't know why I took mine out on boat. Boats are so prone to sink.It didn't.
I guess we'll have to resign ourselves to either registering our AR pistols, or take a chance and don't do so.
For some of us, it's a risk we cannot take.

What's dickish about it? This rule waseffective on January 31, 2023, the date it was published in the Federal Register and provided for a 120-day period to comply by whatever means was chosen. It's about the only thing ATF did not **** up in interpreting. No, not tricky. Just a dick move. Not unlike some other things I've seen lately.
I’ve noticed many of you guys are crappy sailors. For the life of me I don't know why I took mine out on boat. Boats are so prone to sink.

They've recalled Lon Horiuchi I heard. How long after 5/31 does the fbi and atf wait before it starts shooting dogs, murdering women and children, and burning down houses?
With all due respect the whole rule is a dick move, by a dick agency with dick motives. What's dickish about it? I imagine massive non-compliance will be the case here.Oh, without a doubt. It’s just the only non-dick thing was the math for the deadline. They could have fudged the date on their website and in the FAQs and nobody would have had any recourse.
I guess the timeline thing, to me, is ATF giving you time to hide the dog, before they enter the property.
Your not admitting guilt. Pistols with braces were perfectly legal until King Biden ordered that the aft change their mind. I am confident that this will be overturned because the ATF cannot make law. In the meantime I got a couple of guns that I was going to SBR anyway done at no cost and with no engraving requirement. I look at it as taking advantage of the situation.Exactly. By caving essentially you’re admitting guilt. Also putting yourself on a repo list like they’re trying to do with suppressors now.
