Is there any definitive indication on whether this is a software vulnerability, system vulnerability, or something on the user side, like a password/session compromise?

Is the PayPal issue just when buying on TGT, or should we be concerned in general, because PayPal has problems?

I think they only accept pay pal or money transfer accounts. The scam is hacking TGT member accounts and posting fake for sale ads by trusted members then taking your money.

So I guess if you were hacked they change your email address so that money is sent to the hacker, correct? If so, everyone needs to check their email address and change their passwords.
