I need to try it. I tried the highly acclaimed Tejas BBQ, and it was a let down.Tejas Burger in Tomball has the best really delicious burgers in Texas.
Best burger by far is the one from CV's Backyard Grill
I used to frequent a place in Irving, north of the airport called Burgdawgs. They made a pretty solid burger (depending on what you want on it).

Living in Smith County, there is not much here in the way of good burgers so I have to settle for the cheeseburger at Saltgrass which is passable but, for $12 not the kind of burger I was used to in my past life. I hear there is a good place in Minneola so I might head up there one of these days to try it out.
Free foorI would never go so far as to say my burgers are the best, but I'll go as far to say no one yet has ever complained about them! And they keep coming back for more!
The way you started the sentence, I thought maybe you had Mike Tyson write for you I was waiting on the number five.Free foor & drinks tend to be hard to bitch about!
Have you tried the 4 Points Market/gas Station in Bandera, they have the best burger in our area. Bobs is good, but I like the 4 Points burger better.Ah, that would tell me that they didn't make it by Bob's Burger Barn in Pipe Creek.
GREAT burgers, friendly service, Texana atmosphere. They make a great burger and we have never left hungry. The wings are darn good, too. Onion rings, top notch.
Yeah, the thought of a bunch of young big city kids telling me what is best seems humorous."Best" seems like a very subjective topic.
Probably would've made more sense to say "List of some really delicious burgers in Texas" and put a few restaurants

I’ve hit about 25 on the Texas Monthly Top 50 list. Hard to say one is better than the other.
And that list didn’t even include Kenny’s Burgers In Plano & Frisco. My personal favorite.

The Windmill Grill in St Jo is good too and the ladies grind their meat every day.Honestly, I think the best burgers come from the many smaller places, where they make their own patties and cook them to order. Many of these are going to be close to home and will never get national attention for the most part.
