I am walking about 5 miles a day and hitting weights multiple times when I get fed up with writing EHS procedures.

My daily ab crunch routine which was 1,000 a day fell off completely when I was in Massachusetts for almost six months. I am back up to six hundred when I wake up and am upping it 100 per week.

And going to the range as much as possible.

Might start putting weights in a backpack for my walks next week.

Weights are easier with earbuds full of hardcore pissed off punk rock.

    You sound pretty healthy haha
Before the world ended, I was lifting 5-6 times a week heavily
Now, I’ve been lazy a lot. I’ll use my curl bar and small weight bench 2-3 times a week. Ride my bike for 10 miles a few times a week.
Need to curb my diet to make up for the lack of exercise. Still eating like I’m benching 275

Water rower (new) is the biggest change from swimming; kettlebells at home (Turkish get-ups) replace weights at the gym. We’ve got 1/2, 1, and 1.5 pood bells.

Still ride road bikes 2-3/x week.

    Info on rower please.

We have the Natural, it’s the cheapest of an expensive bunch ->waterrower.com

    https://www.waterrower.com/

All the rowers share most of the same tech. The cheapest one has a crappy computer and the most expensive is just a different frame. PM for more details, it’s more like being in a scull than on a rower.

    Pretty nice.
I'd probably end up turning it into an expensive clothes rack....

Push ups, ab roller, squats, planks, burpees, jumping jacks, walking three dogs... usually two or three of these during my breaks from work. I am actually getting more exercise now than when I had to go in to the office. Down side is I’m eating more junk.

Lifting buckets of water, random things in the garage, using resistance bands, lots of plyometrics and body weight exercise.

Wife got me a TRX setup for Christmas, so finally got that setup as well.

Built a wooden bench and just snagged/assembled this dip station.

I think I’ll snag some weights off Craigslist for cheap after the quarantine ends, and I think we may cancel our gym memberships and just workout at home...we’re really digging it.

I built a home gym when I moved in Dec
I still have my gym membership.. just cant use it again until King Abbott says so.

My home gym is pretty well set up with a power rack, bench, Rogue bars, farmer carry implement, 12” log press and a dumbbell rack.
My and my son rigged up a pulley to train arms with yesterday so we are able to squat, bench, deadlift and do a lot of accessories.
Plus I’m walking everyday and riding my street bike 4 times a week for cardio.

I’ve lost 2 lbs in the last 2 weeks

    2 back, bi's, lat's
    3 legs
    4 off

20 min warm up on the elliptical and abs every day.
