He definitely had his hands up. Then he definitely had his hands lowered, then he definitely got shot in the back by a dumbass. Dude was total in the line of fire with the other officers, with Levoy in between them. Not so bright.

On my giant monitors, I could not see any gun shots on the truck. Seems like it would have been visible. I've seen one of the trucks from the Davidian compound. And the bullet holes were shockingly big. I saw none of that in this video.

While I agree with some of the commentary by the other site linked, the eyewitness account does NOT agree with the video. I do agree it appears to be a planned show of force, much like the Davidians.

The sad thing about Levoy, is that it likely accomplishes almost nothing. Most of Americans know the fed is an over-reaching bunch. Know we all know they will kill you if you disagree with them.

Everybody stating what would or wouldn't happen, yet nobody would actually know until Jan. 1st came.

Well, it's unclear if the people still there were part of the original group or not. Bundy compounded his problems when he welcomed a bunch of people he didn't really know. A lot of them were shitheads that just want to cause trouble and take advantage of the situation. A few were probably informants or provocateurs like that Mark McConnell might be. Who knows who is left at the refuge at this point.

Turns out most bailed right after hearing about the arrest. The few left just seem scared the'll go to jail. No more demands except don't arrest us.
