Yogurt can be a lifesaver if on a diet.
I use it in place of mayo when making tunafish for lunch.
SO put me on to a healthy desert, poured some Bulgarian yogurt over grapes, dusted that with Grapenuts cereal for crunch.
The Bulgarian is good stuff, a bit harder to find, but it has the consistency of ranch salad dressing, so it pours and tastes good also.
