    A resident of the village in Udmurtia (Russia) found in wooden boxes for kindling the furnace brand-new Kalashnikovs, "Interfax" referring to a law enforcement source.

    As a spokesman said the man bought a firing furnace 64 wooden boxes. Opening one of them, he found a gun and went to the police. Arrived police opened other boxes and found them in 79 weapons, as well as magazines. According to "Moskovsky Komsomolets", also found 50 barrel caps, 60 tool-kits, 48 Greasers and two return springs.

    The audit found that the boxes sold to villager by employee of a private firm, which was to take them from the warehouse "Izhmash" to the landfill for disposal. According to preliminary data, the driver thought that the boxes are empty. (c)
