There was a little mom and pop store near where I live that made that same buger on a bun but they added a slice of fried ham and called it the Burns burger. That sure was good eats.

The first time I was introduced to pineapple and ham pizza I was skeptical but I tried it and liked it. I don't know about ground beef and pineapple maybe put it under the cheese.

I make mine about 1/3 lb burger hollowed out and stuffed with blue cheese,
slap them on the grill and when done a big slice of sweet onion and mustard
on thick slices of dark rye bread.
Red skin tater salad and some Bush grillin beans .
