    My dad has been in the industry for a long long time. This is the third or fourth cycle, depending how I count, of boom\bust in the industry in my life time.

    Having seen this before I'm not surprised. The big wigs make $$ on a volatile market. The bigger the ups and downs the more cash is made.

    One thing I've also seen is when oil is down, the chemistry industry seems to boom a bit. For those looking for work they may want to look there.

    Local Midland station did mention Reeves county has more rigs running now than any other county in the union.
    44, down from 52 last week. Drove over 400 miles today. I sure saw a lot of rigs stacked.
