Old farts: how early and often do you nap?

Like to lay down around 3 PM if I get the chance.
Mostly to read, if I fall asleep then it was a nap.

When it’s nap time.

Basically, any time from when I wake up in the morning until I go to sleep at night.

Rarely sleep more than 6 hours straight, then it's wide awake time.
Perfect time for office work, bookkeeping and, before I retired, problem solving.

Now I find there's still no dearth of the latter ...

It’s pretty much like Friday, only it’s really not Friday, but I’m already thinking of Friday, so it’s pretty much Friday.....
