So we know its legal to carry shotguns/longguns in a vehicle. Would it be illegal to have a mounted shotgun on handlebars of a motorcycle? Simply a question out of curiosity. If no, that would be you cant transport a longgun via bike, correct?

I've gotten some strange looks on the way to the range with my AR strapped on my back....and after some thought, I stopped doing so. The prospect of slidin' down the road an' grindin' down a nice build....

Haha. I could imagine. I wokeup and though, that was stupid to ask but it starting to make sense to me again. I mean, you can walk down the road with it right, yep. So i guess that means could mount one to a bike. That would freak ppl out but I dont really care.

Ok so 2 Ar's up front with bars out the side for 2 more mounts and 1 shotgun per side. Your protected..LOL OH and probably(ok you will) getting pulled over for inspection. if not the legality, The officer wanting to check it out because it looks weird or cool looking

I made a comment about the 1911 on the "American Guns" thread.

No way a sane person would subject that shotgun to sliding in & out of a scabbard to throw it down into steel clamps, much less
ride around with a shotgun on the handlebars...

he should shoot you if you have a shotgun pointed at him.

UHH yes. When is the last time a person pointed a gun at a officer. We dont know cause he was not able to respond afterwards.lol

You aim a firearm at a LEO, you should expect fire.
Is this just common sense to me or....

Was leaving a place in Jefferson a few years ago and some wanna be bikers were all backing in to park. Hard not to notice the bike closest to me with a coach gun in a scabbard with the pistolgrip next to the rider's hip.

There are a couple of us here wondering about your level of common sense. LOL

I seen the LOL way after I read this. LOL its ok man, opinions are just that, riight.

Are you implying "if you point your firearm at a police officer in front of your home or walmart that you would not expect him to fire upon you after telling you to drop it, MAYBE IF THAT"

I asked earlier but no one responded to this question.
