They also keep implying that Kavanauh believes a president is above the law by cherry picking a line from his opinion on the investigation of sitting presidents. His opinion was never that a sitting president is above the law, it was that a sitting president should be busy with the presidency and that if there is sufficient evidence for a criminal investigation then the president should be impeached and removed from office and THEN tried for the crimes he has supposedly committed.

And now Booker is on again about how workers gave their lives fighting for worker rights and those rights are in jeopardy because SCOTUS ruled against FORCING individual workers to join unions. He looks like he's about to squeeze out a few more fake tears. He's got to be one of the biggest tools in Washington.

It was brought up earlier that SCOTUS could overturn previous decisions. They keep bringing up abortion and other lefty issues. Then they went on to talk about families being separated at the border and how lower courts have ruled against it. IN doing so they disregard the fact that those families are being separated BASED ON A SUPREME COURT DECISION. A decision that said children should not be imprisoned. And a good decision, IMO.

Exercising the right to vote is settled and not in question. They are still trying to use the right to vote as a way to make voter fraud easier while complaining about the election being rigged for Trump.

I can't think of any reason this is incorrect. And given how the headlines and media will follow the flawed logic presented so far today and most any will not look any further.

Democrats won't vote for him because they don't like trump.
Republicans are ready to confirm.
I could deal with that.
