No. You can get a good Hungarian or Polish underfolder assembly (Soviet pattern, better than Romanian), a top quality receiver that has the exact markings you want, a premium parts kit, a CHF CL barrel, and have it built exactly how you want.
My personal favorite custom item is the Occam Defense RST, which replaces the standard Rear Sight Block with a rigidly mounted pic rail and integrated fixed rear sight. Not cheap, but a solid piece.
