FFL Problem: Item Delivered, No Contact From FFL

I don't know if you did this or not but I ALWAYS contact an FFL before I have something shipped to them. Minimizes problems like this.

I did. Gave him the tracking number for my package too.

I dunno... I've seen the office spaces like this before and nearly rented one myself one time. They are a great way to keep costs super low and pass that savings onto your customers. Also gotta keep in mind when you're dealing with a one man operation that lots of things can effect communication. A family emergency or getting stuck in the hospital effectively shuts the business down. The business owner does have a responsibility to let customers know, however...
