Hike, push ups, good mornings, calf raises.

Thinking hard about finding a yoga class. Maybe get back into Taekwondo. The place I was taking it closed down....

Hike with lunges afterwards. Farmers carry.

Edit: Didn't do the lunges or farmers carry. Decided on mixing the hike up.

Pack filled completely full. All the water it'd hold. Heaviest it's been. One mile at a fast pace.

No weight for half a mile. Speed walk.

Pack loaded back up. 3/4rds of the weight before. Half a mile. Speed walk.

Not a stroll, lollygag, or a frolic. Moving fast enough for it hurt and burn.

Consider the Gymnastic Bodies program. May be little pricey up front if you go full bore, but you can buy parts of the program to see if you like it first. And once you buy the modules, you have them forever. No monthly cost.

I've only been at it a few months, getting heavy into it the last few weeks to fix some mobility problems that will limit my progress, but it's ramping up at a steady enough pace for me. I'm already excited about filling out an area in the house for pull up bars, rings, stall bars, etc..

It may be very complementary to your current regimen because it starts very slow/easy.

Hey guys. Have any of you heard of so called "fitness expert" on youtube guy named Jason Blaha? Lives in Cyprus Texas. He's been saying some messed up things about veterans. I'm a UK citizen and a veteran myself (shortly moving to Texas) and it bothers me deeply. I can provide all the links if anyone needs them

At least three walks today. Minimum one mile each. No weight, no speedy pace. Plain Jane walk...on the most uneven ground I can find. Pavement, dirt, rocks, grass.

Got a Fitbit 2 for Christmas.

Besides being a GPS/NSA tracker. It's pretty kewl. Keeps track of sleep. Logs all my metrics. Tells me calories burned. Sit too long, it'll tell you to move. Some how...I walk 4 miles and never leave the yard.

This little thing is neat. Somewhere, I got another 2000 steps I need to accomplish today.

Walk to 7/11 will knock it out.

Since I'm home from school at the moment and don't have access to my usual gym and equipment, today I just used some dumbbells to hit my arms, chest, shoulders and back. Did some pushups and a little cardio too. Currently at 175 pounds ~15 percent body fat, a good 10 lbs away from my 185 goal with 10%... Another thing for the resolution list

Tried my first Crossfit class today. Closest thing I have ever found to wrestling workouts. I'll go again if I'm alive Monday.

Ditched crossfit a few years ago and have been doing SOFlete subscription ever since. Best decision I've made lately.

Mopped an entire kitchen and dining room floor. Cleaned the downstairs bathroom. Got 2 more bathrooms to clean upstairs. Our master bath will probably take me a couple of hours. It's huge! Working up a lot of sweat today

Oh man I miss it a ton! Did crossfit for a few years because my college gym was an affiliate!

$180 for the year vs $100+ for a month doesn't really compare!

I've been on a health kick over the last 3 months and managed to lose 22 lbs or so
My BRM is about 2600 so I have lost most of my weight by going to 1500-1800 calorie per day diet.
I've been doing moderate exercise and my energy is going up, I can feel it.

Now to the question. For breakfast M-F I am usually having a protein shake sometimes plain, or with the peanut butter powder
But I found these all natual frozen berry mix at Sams. Its just raw berrys frozen. I have been tossing in a handful into the smootie blender with some almond milk and or the vanilla protien shake.
The sugars in the berrys are 25 for about 1/2 cup
That seems high. i don't have a problem with blood sugar but since its natural and not processed is it better at least than other sugars?

Short answer yes!

Mostly depends person to person but being active and eating healthy means your body better processes sugar so insulin spikes are better managed! Any sugar in the diet should come from natural unprocessed sources.....but those damn girlscout cookies are just so damn tasty!
