First of all, this isn't nazi Germany where the gun owners believed in Hitler's socialism and gave up their guns willingly.

Even if the U.S. gov't tried to keep a gun roundup quiet, word will get out and I believe the resistance would start. Once started it will grow very quickly, because once they start tearing out the second amendment from the Constitution the other amendments are sure to follow.

The whole point of my argument was that that's the time to fight. The war is over AFTER they come and take it, which is when you seem to think would be a great time to fight.
