I bought a Heritage Rough Rider when I already owned an old model Single Six. I'm probably going to gift it to my cousin. I feel each of the previous sentences are sins.

About 20yrs ago I had my grandfathers Winchester model 71 in 348win drilled and tapped to put a scope mount on it.

Excusable if you put an equally-old scope on it.

I didn't clean my pistols over a month after I shot them. They are in the same configuration. I cleaned out my black powder rifle barrel in the bathtub.

Not mine, stole the pic off another forum. Definitely a sin.

Hmmm well I did some research that led me to something I didn't know about.

    WWII Sweetheart grips

Apparently GIs in WWII used to take plexiglass from downed airplanes and fashion grips out of them, then put a photo of their wife or girlfriend behind them. Very interesting bit of history.

I have seen that before and thought it was cool. Not something I would do, but cool.

Unless we have different definitions of "slept in the same bed with" I don't see a sin. Now I've gotta ask the weird question- what did you do in bed with your gun?
Slept next to it, that's all...
when I bought it, it was not neglected but showed many years of loving use, my first course of action was to strip it completely down and clean it. By 2am or so, the deed was done. I laid her in the bed and passed out next to her.
None of this helps to clean a provocative situation but hey, maybe there is something damn near sexual that goes on with fine weapons.

Well that's not even weird. Probably better that way
