    I merely asked for a link to the NEW thread which will be started to show banned members.

    Not threads which caused them to be banned.

    That's the whole point.
    The users can't tell who's banned unless we(moderators) tell them. And tell them again. And tell the next guy who asks. And the next guy. etc.......

    I don’t see a major issue with it.

    I think it would be preferable, if possible, to have it set so all members can see the same thing mods do for banned members, a strike through the username. I don’t know the software that well so it may not be possible.

    If the thread doesn’t work out it can be removed, so I don’t have much fear of unforeseen consequences that couldn’t be fixed by simply deleting the thread.

    To give members a way to know that another member has been banned instead of having them replying to a dead account for several days or more.

    I guess I am in the minority and just don't care who or why they were banned

    but that is easy to fix I sure will not bother to subscribe to the page lol
