Warning to anyone who loves good food, don't try this. I've had the real thing and it is horrible. I've had it there and in Milwaukee and it looks like something the dog puked up, and likely doesn't taste any better.https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/206953/authentic-cincinnati-chili/ Eat it five way with a chili dog on the side. Cheese should be fresh grated. Don't twirl the pasta, Slice it as the melted cheese will hold it together. Not a Texas chili but very, very tasty.
Spaghetti Warehouse used to have it on their menu. It was deliciousYes. It is awesome. I first had it off the menu at Ron’s in Tomball. They mix spaghetti into the chili, then top it off with melted cheese, onions, and grilled sausage slices. Wow! Now we do it at home. Ron’s calls it a Polish Special.
After a lifetime of chili eating and cooking, I find it hard to beat the Wick Fowler's mix off the shelf.I'm currently in search of a good chili recipe. If you have one send it my may.
