Thanks!Welcome from the neighborhood. I love Spokane. Been there several times. When you need a shooting buddy, just holler. You ain't far away.
Robert will be shoving gun after gun into your hands. Thanks!
Yes, Spokane is quite beautiful and we loved having the four seasons. Only problem is that the cold one lasted too long. It felt really good to look at that snow shovel in the rear-view mirror as we drove away. I laughed when I found recently that we still had the ice-scraper in our car. We had one winter that it snowed so much that we all had to go up and clear our ROOFS, as the weight could collapse them. I'd have been stuck at home with my Jeep except a neighbor had a Bobcat and kept our street mostly clear (we thanked him with gas money). It still took 4-wheel-drive.
Will have to take you up on the offer to go shoot. I am still figuring out where the ranges are...
A big thanks to all who have welcomed this newbie. It's great to be back in Texas, I can tell you!
No problem. I can help with that. Thanks!

DamnWhen do you want to start your dental implants?
I just made my first post in the forums and realized it was probably rude to not pop in here for an intro...
I am a fairly long time shooter (old guy). Grew up in San Antonio, then moved to WA state for work. Was there 33 years (east side, not with the wackos) and just grew tired of the LOOOONNNNNNNNGGGGG winters. They are beautiful, but last forever. My wife and I did inland (lake) sailing and the last straw for her was when we had to run out to the marina to shovel the snow off our boat (a couple of times yet).
So we moved back to the Hill Country. My parents are still down near Hondo, but we hang out mostly around Bandera.
I like semi-auto pistols and am blessed with a couple of 1911s. A Marine buddy back in WA helped me put a couple of ARs together, too. I'd like to maybe do an AR-10 one of these days. Might be my next project.
Anyhow, that's probably enough. We had a great forum in Spokane, so I was happy to find this one when we moved down.
Howdy, all!
