Was that the one where they approved a new F1 MG then rescinded it after the stamp was issued?Pending outcome of the Kettler case, there might be some changes to it in the future, but I see it unlikely right now as the Kettler tactic has been to throw everything at the wall, and so far none of it has stuck.

The question is- whose whining would be louder?Repealed? The whining from coast to coast would be deafening. No, not in my life time I'm afraid.
When they make the spreadsheet, the whining magically ceases . . .Who now whines the loudest?
Thanks, I wasn't familiar with that one yet...Nope. Homemade suppressors that’s legal under KS law. GOA filed a brief on it recently, will be heard by SCOTUS this session.

Like open carry, the streets will run red with blood.Though I hate the fact, it’s still a fact that the Hughes Amendment isn’t going anywhere.
I do believe that in my lifetime (I’m 59), we’ll see suppressors “delisted” from Title II. I would like to see the same for SBRs/SBSs, but I’m less hopeful with regard to them.
