    Pending outcome of the Kettler case, there might be some changes to it in the future, but I see it unlikely right now as the Kettler tactic has been to throw everything at the wall, and so far none of it has stuck.

    Pending outcome of the Kettler case, there might be some changes to it in the future, but I see it unlikely right now as the Kettler tactic has been to throw everything at the wall, and so far none of it has stuck.
    Was that the one where they approved a new F1 MG then rescinded it after the stamp was issued?

    Though I hate the fact, it’s still a fact that the Hughes Amendment isn’t going anywhere.

    I do believe that in my lifetime (I’m 59), we’ll see suppressors “delisted” from Title II. I would like to see the same for SBRs/SBSs, but I’m less hopeful with regard to them.

    As much as I would like it, there's not a chance. We had "republican" control for a couple years and absolutely nothing happened. You're asking someone to make a perfect baked Alaska from scratch when they can't figure out how to microwave a hotpocket.

    Unless something drastically changes, we'll continue fighting to keep rights rather than gain them back.
