Topgun worked for me as well!!Top Gun does it all in one location. You might be able to find someplace closer to home, but get a place that does everything. Classroom, range, photo & prints are what's needed.

Why would you tell this to someone? You have to be a Texas resident for 6 moths before you can apply.
Probably because Sec. 411.172 (a)(1) states as much. Why would you tell this to someone?
You should read further. The very same sentence in fact.Probably because Sec. 411.172 (a)(1) states as much.
Well dammit, I hate it when you're right. You should read further. The very same sentence in fact.
I’ll ask again. Why would you tell someone this? You have to be a Texas resident for 6 moths before you can apply.
Haji, damn I forgot you are one of the resident experts on everything. BEFORE, there was a waiting period applying. "my brother in law’s cousin’s sister” did not tell me this, it was on the DPS site. You may be new to being an "instructor' ,but I have had my license since 1996, taking the class the first weekend offered.I’ll ask again. Why would you tell someone this?
Sorry if I seem “confrontational” but the OP asked a question and , at least on a gun forum, deserves to be answered with facts, not “what I heard someone tell my brother in law’s cousin’s sister”.
There are quite a few members here who are LTC instructors( me included) who really get tired of the misinformation.
Please refrain from spreading it and leave questions on the GC to folks who practice disseminating the actual facts of what it says.( or other folks who have actually read it in its entirety )
Hasn’t been the case in over 20 years.Haji, damn I forgot you are one of the resident experts on everything. BEFORE, there was a waiting period applying. "my brother in law’s cousin’s sister” did not tell me this, it was on the DPS site. You may be new to being an "instructor' ,but I have had my license since 1996, taking the class the first weekend offered.
Good bye.
Didn't you violate the rules by copy and pasting? This is the only screen name I have ever used on this site and the only time I have registered on it. So, you have me confused with someone else.
My INSIGHT comes from all the post you make.
