I was just visiting some gun related YouTube channels that I follow, and many appear to be missing all or most of their recent videos. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but other non-gun channels that I follow aren't having these issues. Anyone else experiencing this?

I think it's similar to Facebook where several Pro-2A pages are either being blocked, or lost in the timeline.

Most of the gun channels I go to are still there.

I'm subscribed to so many channels that it would probably be hard to make every new video appear. I'm sure they are get lost do to traffic.

Figured it out. YouTube added a "safety" feature that has to be turned off in the settings.

The scary part of that is channels like amidsthenoise that are purely commentary, no shooting, cursing, violence were blocked by this "safety" filter. I wonder what other content YouTube deems "Unsafe".

I wish there were some non-pornographic alternative to Youtube where people could go to upload adult subject videos without fear of getting their channels (and subsequent hard work) deleted/banned. They threatening to ban Zomgitscriss for smoking a joint in one of her videos even though it's legal in her country.

I doubt Liveleak would allow anyone to post videos of their random musings the way YouTube does.

I think they review them before they are allowed to post. IDK for sure though.

Do it! Setting it up is pretty easy (google setting up a video server) there is free software, and then do what you want to with your rules.
