I love my Ruger Blackhawk Convertable 45. Being able to shoot powder puff 45ACP target loads and really hot 45LC loads is fun. I love the feel of my CZ75 and shoot it well. My new STI 1911 is great too. And thats just assuming my "favorite" has to be from my collection. Pick one? Its like asking which is my favorite child. This is like Sophie's Choice. I don't see how you guys can pick a favorite.

My current favorite is my SA 1911 loaded, but I gotta say the one I miss the most is the Dan Wesson 357 (Complete pack).

I'd be on board for that. Love my P220, would like to have a wilderness gun with some more heat than .45 ACP can deliver. Make it a SA like my P220 and I'm all over it.

Two:

The Colt Commander Light Weight (Pre-70 Series) my father bought in 1950 and gave to me in 1978.

The Colt 1911 Government Model issued to my grandfather during WWI, and eventually passed down to me.

All the others in the stable are nice to have, but in no way my favorites, nor will they ever be.

They exist... of course they are custom conversions done by GrayGuns and the last couple I saw sold were over $2700 and $3000.
