I've got a really nice Colt Trooper MKIII in bright Nickel 5 3/4" barrel
Looks like it was MFG'd in 1979. Serial 501xxL

I'd put her at ~%97

Heck, that's nice; but I'm getting a milled Bulgarian AK this weekend so I'm broke.

I picked up a nice blued Mk III with a 6" barrel a couple of weeks back, finally got to shoot it this past Sunday and it was sweet! I'd love to find some grips like the ones you have on that!

Yup it is. I thought that they may have been customized, hadnt ever seen them on a trooper before.

I ordered those grips from Numrich, I like the Pachmayr ones that are on it but thought an extra set of wooden factory ones would be nice to have on hand...
