Before coming out to Iraq this trip I ordered a rolling duffel bag from Brigade Quartermasters. Somehow they got the order confused and sent me two of the 5.11 range bags. I was staying in a hotel in the DC area at the time, and only had a week before leaving. I called BQ, and explained what had happened. They were very good about it, put a rolling duffel in shipping right then, told me to keep one bag as a gift, and made arrangements with UPS to pick up the second back the next afternoon. After waiting around the hotel all day, UPS never showed up. I called BQ again, told them about the UPS no show. They apologized and graciously just gave me the 2nd bag too. I use mine as an r&r bag when traveling between the M.E. and home.
The 2nd bag was given to a buddy who needed a carry-on bag for traveling. These are outstanding bags and I really love mine!!
