    I highly doubt the 'story'.

    Ethene Glycol the main ingredient in antifreeze is a poison. A bad, nasty, type poison.

    Let's say the radiator had been refilled with water. It still has antifreeze in it along with a bunch of heavy metals.

    Unless I witnessed this lady drinking coolant. I call B.S..

    Depends on the coolant used... there are non-toxic variants which are propylene glycol or polyethylene glycol. Polyethylene glycol is actually one of the ingredients in Dr. Pepper that give it that distinctive taste.

    how many adults now a days knows that most radiator fluid is toxic. Check how many pets die from drinking it.

    I think she got lucky during a desperate time. I guess it wouldn't hurt to find out what brand is safe to drink and stick to that. Can't be a big enough price difference to affect my decision making

    Bad reporting in that article.

    Read elsewhere that she used radiator hose (which came off car) to suck up water on some mosses.
